This error may occur during Server 2008 R2 & Server 2012 installation in VirtualBox.

 Fix :
VBoxManage setextradata [vmname] VBoxInternal/CPUM/CMPXCHG16B 1

Example:
VBoxManage setextradata srv2008 VBoxInternal/CPUM/CMPXCHG16B 1
