Picasa error on google account Sign-in.

Google doesn't offer an option to keep folder structure for uploaded albums on Google Photos.

Only way is to use Picasa, but if you have new Google account , Picasa may show you error on login.

This is a fix. At-least for now, it's working.

If you see this error  : 

1. Open http://picasaweb.google.com/home
2. Sign-in
3. Open Settings
4. Check "Let people you share with download your photos & videos"
5. Click Done.
6. Sign-in to your google account in Picasa.
